Hitters Academy

anyone can hit, but can you score?

Being an effective attacker requires you to jump high, swing fast, land safely, and have a variety of attacks. Our 10 week academy will give you 30 hours of training to improve your approach mechanics, armswing mechanics, shot selection, and your power, speed, and ability to decelerate and land safely.

Our strength trainer has over 20+ years coaching varsity athletes, and has developed a program to specifically help you respond to the physical demands of being an outside hitter.

Dates: September 18 - November 20, 2022
Locations: Ecole Mer et Monde and Armbrae Academy- Coburg Campus
Court Session: Day to be confirmed, 7:45 - 9:30
Strength Session: Day to be confirmed, 6:15 - 7:30
*strength can be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays if there is a conflict with your school team’s practices or games.
Cost: $300

Maximum 20 athletes. Intended for 14u and above.
