Our fall programs have something for everyone! Whether you’re just getting started, looking to supplement your training during the school season, or want position-specific training, we have something to suit your needs!

Most players say fall programs are the BEST way to prepare for the competitive club season (tryouts in December).
Programs will run from Sept. 7 through Nov 22, 2026. (We do accept late registrations if programs have not filled).

All of our programs are non-refundable, and are priced with the goal of being in the range of $13-15 per hour of training. This allows us to cover court rental costs, equipment costs, and coaching honorariums.


SCOTIA JUNIORS VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (Fall-eyball)- $675 11U-14U

Our most popular, and most enjoyed program, our House League is the perfect program for new or experienced players! Players will learn foundational systems for serve receive, defence, offence, and all skills required to execute those systems. Players get TWO practices each week, and play in weekly games on Sunday evenings.

Start date: September 7, 2026; End date: November 22, 2026 - 42 hours of training

Players will sign up for a practice time, and then be randomly assigned to a team based on that practice time.

11/12u:
BEDFORD - Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thurs, 6:00 - 7:30
HALIFAX - Tues/Thurs6:30 - 8:00

13/14u:
BEDFORD - Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thurs 7:30 - 9:00
HALIFAX - Mon/Wed 6:30 - 8:00

Games are Sunday evenings at St. Andrew’s Community Centre. Game times may vary slightly from week to week.

individual skills (All Skills) Development (12u-15u) - $650/$750

This program is a great way for players to improve on individual skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, digging, and transitioning. Many players utilize this training to prepare for their supplement their School’s Team training or to help prepare for the upcoming Club Season Tryouts. The program is 10 weeks, with 2 on-court training sessions per week and 2 strength and conditioning sessions per week.

12u/13u (Born Sept 1 2013 - Dec 31 2015) - 50 hours of training:
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ The Lab by Scotia Juniors, Bedford Place Mall
On court: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Strength and conditioning: 7:30 - 8:30pm

14u (Born Sept 1 2012 - Dec 31 2013) - 50 hours of training:
Mondays and Wednesdays @ The Lab by Scotia Juniors, Bedford Place Mall
On court: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Strength and conditioning: 7:30 - 8:30pm

15u+ - 60 hours of training
Mondays and Wednesdays @ The Lab by Scotia Juniors, Bedford Place Mall

MiniVolley (6u, 8u, 10u) - $165/$185

We are the original MiniVolley club. in HRM! Our coaches have been offering programs for ages 5-10 since 2013. We teach the FUNdamentals of volleyball using smaller teams and courts, while using lower nets and lighter balls. We also use modified game formats (Smashball, TripleBall) to ensure better rallies and all aspects of the game are learned!

Fall programs run from Sept 7 - Nov 15,, 2026.

Setters Academy (Junior High or High School) - $375/750, 30/60 hours

SMALL GROUP, POSITION SPECIFIC training for setters. Participants will work on footwork, setting mechanics, and the technical and tactical aspects of running an offence such as block/defence reading, decision making, set selection, and understanding hitter trends. Training occurs in small groups with the utilization of video feedback. Players will also receive functional strength and weight training in a high performance environment from certified strength coaches.

This is not an intro program and is intended only for players who are serious about wanting to improve as a setter.

Junior High and High School aged programming are scheduled with the intention to not interfere with athletes who play on their school teams. This is a supplement to school training, and should have minimal conflicts.

The Junior High Program trains on Sundays, the High School Program trains Fridays and Sundays. Participants get volleyball-specific strength and conditioning, and position-specific on-court training each session.

Libero Academy (Junior high or high school) - $375/750, 30/60 hours

SMALL GROUP, POSITION SPECIFC training for Liberos - or outside hitters - looking to improve on serve receive and defence. Participants will work on splitstep footwork, scoop defence, independent arms, platform angles, creating space, diving, reading hitters, and setting for out of system offence.

Previous club volleyball experience is required. This is NOT an intro program, and is intended only for players who are serious about wanting to improve on serve receive and defence.

Junior High and High School aged programming are scheduled with the intention to not interfere with athletes who play on their school teams. This is a supplement to school training, and should have minimal conflicts.

The Junior High Program trains on Sundays, the High School Program trains Fridays and Sundays. Participants get volleyball-specific strength and conditioning, and position-specific on-court training each session.

Hitters/Servers Academy (Junior High or High School) $375/750, 30/60 Hours

SMALL GROUP, POSITION SPECIFIC training for players wanting to hit and serve harder. Participants will work on approach foot work and mechanics, armswing mechanics, and various attacking principles. Participants will also learn a variety of serving styles, techniques, and tactics. Training occurs in small groups with the utilization of video feedback.

Previous club volleyball experience is required. This is NOT an intro program, and is intended only for players who are serious about increasing power with attacking and serving.

Junior High and High School aged programming are scheduled with the intention to not interfere with athletes who play on their school teams. This is a supplement to school training, and should have minimal conflicts.

The Junior High Program trains on Sundays, the High School Program trains Fridays and Sundays. Participants get volleyball-specific strength and conditioning, and position-specific on-court training each session.

Middles Academy (15u+) $750, 60 Hours

SMALL GROUP, POSITION SPECIFIC training for players wanting to hit and serve harder. Participants will work on approach foot work and mechanics, armswing mechanics, and various attacking principles. Participants will also learn a variety of serving styles, techniques, and tactics. Training occurs in small groups with the utilization of video feedback.

Previous club volleyball experience (NOT TRIPLEBALL) is required. This is NOT an intro program, and is intended only for players who are serious about improving blocking and being available to attack in transition as a middle.

Programming is scheduled with the intention to not interfere with athletes who play on their school teams. This is a supplement to school training, and should have minimal conflicts. The Program trains on Sundays, with Participants getting volleyball-specific strength and conditioning, and position-specific on-court training each session.

15u and up ONLY (Must have played a 14u season)

PD Day & Holiday Daycamps - $55

Back for a third fall, we are proud to offer day-long camps for PD Days (HRCE Schools) from Sept through December!

Our camps are open to any athlete with previous volleyball experience, grades 5 and up. Camp will take place from 8:30 - 4:30pm at The Lab in the Bedford Place Mall, and provide a full day of skills training and game play. Activities will be competitive and challenging.

Sept 25, Sept 30, Oct 12, Oct 23, Nov 11, Nov 20, Dec 4.

Previous club team or school team experience, or current enrolment in one of our fall programs is required.
$55 per day. Pre-registartion is required, and spaces are limited. Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

Please note, this camp is intended for players serious about training and looking to get extra reps! This is not a generic daycamp service.
