Please note: Players must attend all tryouts to allow coaches time to assess and evaluate skills so we can accurately divide players into teams.

Tryout 1: Sunday, December 6 @ The Lab 3:00 - 5:00m
Tryout 2: Wednesday, December 9 @ The Lab 6:00 - 8:00pm
Tryout 3: Friday, December 11 @ Ecole Mer et Monde 6:00 - 8:00pm

13 Black - Tier 1
13 Blue - Tier 1/2
13 Green - Tier 2/3
13 White - Tier 2/3

Season Info

3 practices weekly
Strength & Conditioning weekly
Roughly 110 - 150 total hours of training. *Depending on which level team (Black, Blue, Green, White)
Tier 2/3 teams will play weekly games on Saturdays, hosted by VNS
Tier 1 teams will play in tournaments.
All teams will compete at Provincial Championships in April.


Season Registration fee: $1625 - $1750 (This does not include travel related costs or annual player gear kit)
Provincials, and league registration included in fees.

We offer monthly or bi-weekly payment options.

Fee Overview:

  • Our average court cost is $69/hour; with an annual budget of over $175,000. None of our gym time is free.

  • We hire our coaches and pay them; they deserve it!

  • We include strength and conditioning in our fees.

  • We include some tournament or league registration costs in our fees.

  • We do not require players to purchase a ball or their jerseys.

  • We have 2 employees, 1 full time and 1 part-time to manage club operations.
