Please note: Players must attend all 3 tryouts to allow coaches time to assess and evaluate skills so we can accurately divide players into teams.
After tryout 1, players will be assigned to Group A or Group B for the remaining tryout sessions.

Tryout 1: Sunday, December 6 @ Ecole Mer et Monde 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Tryout 2 Group A: Wednesday, December 9 @ The Lab 8 :00 - 10:00pm
Tryout 2 Group B: Thursday, December 10 @ Ecole Mer et Monde 6 :00 - 8:00pm
Tryout 3 Group B: Saturday, December 12 @ The Lab 12:00 - 2:00pm
Tryout 3 Group A: Saturday, December 12 @ The Lab 3:00 - 5:00pm

14 Black - Tier 1
14 Blue - Tier 1/2
14 Green - Tier 2/3
14 White - Tier 2/3

Season Info

3-4 practices weekly
Strength & Conditioning weekly
Roughly 110 - 180 total hours of training. *Depending on which level team (Black, Blue, Green, White)
Tier 1 teams will play in tournaments within the Maritimes.
Tier 2/3 teams will play in tournaments within Nova Scotia.
All teams will compete at Provincial Championships in April.

Season Registration fee: $1625 - $1925 (This does not include travel related costs or annual player gear kit)
Provincials, and league registration included in fees.

We offer monthly or bi-weekly payment options.

Fee Overview:

  • Our average court cost is $69/hour; with an annual budget of over $175,000. None of our gym time is free.

  • We hire our coaches and pay them; they deserve it!

  • We include strength and conditioning in our fees.

  • We include some tournament or league registration costs in our fees.

  • We do not require players to purchase a ball or their jerseys.

  • We have 2 employees, 1 full time and 1 part-time to manage club operations.
